WE ARE HABITARQ
Habitarq is an architectural office with over 15 years of experience in the field of design, construction and woodworking.
We have developed projects and different scales from private to public, from architectural to urban, all of which has provided us with ample experience and knowledge when tackling any project.
Habitarq is a company who is always willing to take on new challenges given that, throughout our experiences we have performed jobs that others might find complex or impossible.

During the year 2004 we began activities at a national level, in 2007 we began exploring new markets reaching Tunez to work with the firms Safigraf and KSN Interior Design, this last one led by the renowned Architect Sihen Najah.
We returned to the local market in 2009 and we were consolidated as an organization in mid 2010, what we know today as Habitarq. From this moment until 2013 we developed projects at various scales for private and government clients.
At the start of 2013 we began restructuring which led to the creation of specialized departments paving the way for new special projects.
In 2019 we began a transformation that led us to consolidate our brand at a national level and continue our internationalization process. The result of this transformation was the growth of our team, including professionals and specialists who helped improve services and customer experience.

For over 15 years we have been working on the optimization of our communication processes and strive to provide a better experience for everyone. During this road, we have developed diverse projects with different styles and characteristics as well as innovative answers and solutions required by our clients. It is because of this that Habirtarq sees no frontiers as the methodology developed throughout these years allows us to take care of any issue that may arise no matter where we or you are located.

Graduated on 2004 as an architect from Universidad Santo Tomás from Bucaramanga with a specialization degree in Bioclimatic Architecture.
To enrich my profile, I decided to travel far and discover the story of the mediterranean and its architecture. Specially in Tunez, I had the opportunity to intern for 2 years at the Interior Design office.
During my professional life I have worked as Architectural Designer on top of Project Lead and Specialist in wood finishes in different kind of projects, both national as well as international.
Habitarq, is the result of my passion which consists of finding architectural solutions to human beings’ needs in our time and space, independent of hardships the climate and terrain might provide without ever losing sight of the ecological aspect of things.

Graduated on 2012 as an architect from Universidad Santo Tomás from Bucaramanga, Colombia with an emphasis on educational architecture.
I have a Specialization in Environment Management received in 2020 from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana from Bucaramanga, Colombia.
During my work experience I have performed the role of architectural designer and interior designer, I have also led design work groups, construction and other related disciplines, I have worked on projects which required the implementation of bioclimatic strategies. I have designed and implemented strategic plans in different fields of knowledge. I am the founder and creator of Aula Arquitectos, an architecture and educational foundation for children for which I have received recognition from the Colombian Architectural Society (Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos).
I deeply believe that architecture is a direct response to the user’s needs, therefore communication with the client will be paramount at the time of conceiving an architectural piece.
